Fix option spelling in jvm.options template #412

The keys for 2 options are misspelled.

This may break users who have worked around this problem in their code (ex: https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-logstash/issues/397#issue-532574154)

I think we can make the next version of the module a major version. It'll be the first version released by Vox Pupuli anyway so people need to modify their metadata anyway.
