I am wondering if we should update https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-openssl/blob/8675b7c44c8a6db36813a8d43a8fd8e6288ef8a3/manifests/packages.pp#L13 for stdliv::ensure_packages and switch the pr title to "require stdlib 9". we did that on other modules as well

thats a good point, this module needs a major release anyway with all the changes that came in
