Support for Alpine Linux #213

Simple changes in params.pp to support Alpine Linux (osfamily=Linux, operatingsystem=Alpine).

I'm fine with that (see my comment). Could you also update metadata.json?

@raphink done - I've not set os versions because there is many and even puppetlabs/apk has it generic.
