Use concat to generate map files #248

The source and content parameters can still be used, as before, but this also allows you to use concat::fragment to generate maps bit by bit.

Supersedes PR #230

That is interesting and would solve https://github.com/camptocamp/puppet-postfix/issues/251.

That said, if the goal is to allow purging, I'm not sure of the need to support two engines for that, when we could either use augeas with purging (using augeasproviders) or concat.
