Add support for Ubuntu 24.04

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

Fixes #393

Testing for 24.04 is not available yet

tested and working on Ubuntu 24, you just need to make sure to have all dependencies installed (e.g. puppetlabs-mailalias_core)
