Add Puppet 8 support #484

I think the Hiera issue should be fixed with https://github.com/voxpupuli/voxpupuli-acceptance/commit/8c8b995f6241cafbeab26185282a95e45f71d96e so I've done a trivial rebase. And a minor change to use HTTPS accidentally came in as well.
