Add Quartz job threadCount variable #289

Hi,

I'm hitting some Rundeck limitations and I need to change the default value of quartz.props.threadPool.threadCount

More info: http://rundeck.org/docs/administration/tuning-rundeck.html#quartz-job-threadcount The module does not manage this variable at the moment so I'll start a PR to include it. Thanks!
