Add `extra_config_section` defined type. #17

For when you need to use a configuration directive there isn't already a parameter or defined type for.

@jfrost I was wondering if you might take a look at this PR. Does it look like a reasonable solution to you?

This looks very handy.

While I think we should strive to support as many popular config options with defined types as possible, there will always be more available than we support. This is a great way to support folks who need to use these config options.
