support for swanctl, stroke deprecated #28

The old config type (stroke) is now deprecated in strongswan. We should now support swanctl configuration and systemd.

This would come in really handy, since there are new features in strongSwan that are not supported using the old configuration format. See for example here: https://wiki.strongswan.org/issues/2845#note-8

I had a look a couple of years ago. IIRC that is quite the task to implement. A pull request is always welcome.
