Remove Windows 2008 Support and Add Windows 2016 Support #103

We had some issues about not working on windows 2008. I verified this module doesn't work currently and will be creating an issue for a feature to implement this.

Went ahead and also updated metadata.json to indicate this works on windows server 2016
