Update puppet service resource options for AIX
Set manage_choco to false by default for AIX

@cchallenorskytap thanks for the PR. Do you know on which AIX versions this module works / which AIX versions are still supported? Could you add them to the metadata.json?

Thanks for the ping. I tested it on AIX 7, so that is what I added to to the metadata.json.
