https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet_webhook/pull/61 blew away support for stash/bitbucket users using the post-receive hook plugin. This plugin works with both old and new versions of stash/bitbucket-server and the native 'webhooks' aren't available before bitbucket-server 5.
