Improve the way ServiceWorker handles assets reloading #73

The RELOAD banner was one of the most annoying things from Devoxx BE attendees.

Even though we provided some guidance about the whys in the FAQ, we should consider improving the UX (if possible) for this Service Worker Reloads

d77c641914c301444f6da599b56016b63c013f06 is hiding reload toaster and start service worker update in the background without warning the user (there will be a page refresh at some point, once service worker will be reloaded ... but user won't be annoyed by any toaster)
