Introduce a waiting page to inform the user that the program is not yet available.

It would be interesting to offer a feature to organizers enabling them to create a customizable waiting page with, for example, a countdown to the publication of a program.
Notify participants automatically of program availability.
Assess technical feasibility.
Design a simple interface for organizers.
Implement a notification system.
