Story: Provide room schedule for room screens #83

In the organizer space, it would be nice to provide URLs for "Room Schedule"

These URL would open a voxxrin page showing a talk detail (adjusted for TVs, so with big fonts and a screen organization maybe a little bit different than the regular talk detail screen on mobile)

An "automatic switch" to the next talk in the target room should be done (on a timely basis) when actual talk ends, with a countdown telling how many time remains until the talk starts (+ maybe an indicator about how crowded the room is, see #79 )

At the end of the day (when no more talk is planned in the room), we should display a friendly message telling people to come back tomorrow, or to have safe travel back home (if we're on the last event's day)

Devoxx Digital Signage screen looks like this : image

It would be nice to also show the actual room capacity on it (#79) in order to tell people that the room is too crowded, and showing other (non crowded) room on the same time slot (with topics in it)

Another idea : allow to provide a custom message (by speaker) when room is full, so that attendees can get the slides, or the hands on material
