I removed the lists of Behavioral Competencies, I don't think they belong on this page in such detail, but rather a reference to each list is sufficient.
Also added a Scenario and Reading a Scenario section to give an overview of how to read a scenario. Should we provide an example here? A legend will come in a future release.
