Requirements:

Use work from https://github.com/voyageglobal/voyage-frontend/issues/39
Create a custom hook to manage the city guides list (load, load more, loading state, error state, and so on)
Render cities list using data received from BE
Render a fallback image for a card if city doesn't have an image
Load more data by clicking the proper button
