Update localisation (FR and beyond)

Hi @ajmacdonald. Thanks again for the great work you're doing on Voyant Tools!

I was in charge of the French localisation and discussed various issues with Stéfan over the years. The locales were first contributed via a spreadsheet which seems to be the (initial?) source of the current TSV file I see in this repo.

My first and main question is: How do you plan to update, i.e. correct and improve, the localisation?

As for the French version, I had noticed a few translations to add. I just went through a lot of recent commits, browsed the JS files, and tried out newer or less frequently used tools to see if my list had to be expanded. Here is the result:

• [fix] many localisation messages are in the "statics > i18n" values of the tools' JS files: can they be translated?
• [fix] some messages are in variables such as "text" or "fieldLabel" in the JS files and currently cannot be translated (for example 'Random Seed', 'Run' and 'Toggle diagnostics' in Topics)
• [new] add to locale files: everything about the Loom tool
• [new] add to locale files: Readability Index and tips in Summary
  • readabilityIndex: 'Indice de lisibilité :'
  • docsDensityTip: 'proportion de mots uniques dans ce document'
  • avgWordsPerSentenceTip: 'nombre de mots moyen par phrase dans ce document'
  • readabilityTip: 'l’indice de lisibilité de Coleman-Liau pour ce document'
• [new] add to locale files: Embedder tool
  • translate "Embedder" as "Navigateur"
  • translate "Go" as "Charger"
  • translate "Loading…" as "Chargement…"
  • translate 404 error message "The resource you are looking for cannot be found." as "La ressource que vous cherchez n’est pas disponible."
  • the help tip "Embedder provides a way to embed a web page into your Voyant Tools experience." as "Embedder vous donne la possibilité d’intégrer une page Web dans un outil de Voyant Tools."
  • timedOut: 'La recherche des entités a pris trop de temps. Réessayer ?'
  • maxLinks: 'Liens max.'
  • nerService: 'Service d’identification des entités nommées'
• [new] add to locale files: "Highlight Entities" button in Reader
  • highlightEntities: 'Surligner les entités nommées'
  • entityType: 'type d’entité :'
  • nerVoyant: 'Identification des entités nommées par Voyant'
  • nerNssi: 'Identification des entités nommées avec NSSI'
• [fix] update French locale file: "longest"/"shortest" and "lowest"/"highest" in Summary ("Résumé") – instead of the current pair "croissante"/"décroissante", which doesn't work now after the introduction of "Readability Index", use the following:
  • "longest":"Ordre décroissant :"
  • "shortest":"Ordre croissant :"
  • "highest":"Ordre décroissant :"
  • "lowest":"Ordre croissant :"
• [fix] add to locale files: "Close dialog" tip for popup windows
  • translate "Close dialog" tip as "Fermer la fenêtre de dialogue"
• [fix] update French locale file
  • "exportViewSpyral":"nouveau carnet Spyral à partir de cet outil et de ces données"

Hi Aurélien, thank you reaching out about this, and for your previous localization work. There is a Google spreadsheet that is used as the translations source and which gets exported to that TSV file. Can you please email me at voyanttools@gmail and I'll send you the link to it?

Regarding your list of outstanding issues: yes I need to move the hard-coded text values into the spreadsheet. I'm not sure when I'll get to that.
