Change standard_api into behaviour_api and refactor #56

Change standard_api to behaviour_api, redefine some of key functions:

move-entity
move-component
apply-effective-position

Add:

move-entities
move-components
move-related-entities
validate-relations (on source component) validate-relations should be generic and use relation compability checkers on intersected components.

Add associative-behaviour-api and put methods related to association entities.
