Make the request to change the settings more explicit

Currently, a toast with Please set the active assistant to Kanji Assist. appears, and the user is taken to Assist Settings immediately.

If the user hasn't enabled "Use text from screen", then, upon calling the assistant, a toast with Please make sure you have enabled "Use text from screen" in Assist & voice input settings appears, and nothing more happens.

This isn't the most intuitive behavior.

The main activity and the assist session should have

• text that explains what has to be done and why
• a button that opens Assist Settings.
