Small discrepancies in docs #8

Hi @haghshenas ,

I just noticed two very small discrepancies in the docs.

  1. wget is a dependency for installation and is not listed.
  2. In the building from source instructions, for the contents of bin/, you have listed bin/nooverlap when it is actually bin/minia_noooverlap
