Use preexisting contig assembly instead of minia #9

Would lit be possible to use a pre-existing contig assembly for input to HASLR similar to what has been implemented for DBG2OLC (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0888754318305603)?

There have been new commits to add pre-existing contig assemblies to the haslr workflow, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to get non-minia assemblies (ex: ABySS v.2 contig assemblies) to work. Is this correct @haghshenas, that only minia assemblies work with haslr_assemble at least as of commit 0123746af93a9b0d79eee969510d12a88a9d6af3 ?

Hello, I am questioning as well as the application of pre-existing contig to HASLR, is there any update information? Thanks!
