Add Backglass toggle #102

Here are the updates for the Backglass toggle. One word of caution: Visual studio isn't happy with my screen being 200% zoom due to OS DPI. Looking at the setting dialog, this seems to have doubled a lot of width and height numbers. This renders fine on my local machine, but it would be good to check on some other peoples machines.

Logically, all this change is a flag in settings that turns On/Off the Backglass as requested. (Default On to keep current functionality)
