Default Grill option for all BG #124

This proposal is related to 2 screen users.

a) Must have proposal: Default Grill - For 2 screen users it is very time consuming and effort driven to set up the DMD for every table so that it aligns correctly with the specific table grill. The root cause for this is that there is no universal dimension for the grill/DMD when creating a new BG in the B2S designer. I propose that an option be made available to allow user to use a default Grill for all table BG. It would then require the user to "hide" the native grill for the regular 2 screen BG file. It would also mean that 2 screen user could also use 3 screen BG.

b) Nice to have proposal: Speaker illumination - If a default grill is in use, then allow lights/LEDs to be located in the speaker areas. These lights could get their signal from DOF or from regular B2S inputs.

@ScreaminDemon for a) this is already possible using the background feature. See the B2S wiki And as @francisdb mention, the other issue #70 could make it easier, allowing backglass authors to set the position of a DMD.

I review #70 but this is a useful feature for future BG - if one considers that limited effort is made to update BG it will be very long time before end user benefits from this feature.

My above proposal is to resolve the issue with the already existing BG.

Yes, I have discovered the background feature and actually do use it. However, as a NOOB, I discovered this feature by accident/experimentation - I then had to learn a few photoshop skills to be able to build a grill for this purpose - I also could not find on google or forums any tutorials to explain the background image solution method for the DMD. This is why I am proposing that this "default grill" feature should be added to the B2S setup. It would be especially helpful to new users. A few generic Grills could be included in the B2S setup. User has the option to select one default grill for all tables.
