JDX package end of support #63

The R package jdx has been discontinued. The R VTL code has to be updated to remove any reference to the package.

:warning: As of 28/03/2022, RVTL package requires the jdx dependency that has unfortunately been removed from CRAN. Thus, running RVTL and VTL Studio will fail unless you also have jdx already installed. We are working to resolve the issue.

Yes, the package jdx has been completely removed from the source code. The next release will not reference it.
