Display picture with every item, if there is one associated (with channel)

picture added in the list of items and in the item reader. However, the list of items is now particularly slow to display.

remaining issues to solve:

allow the picture to be available offline
refresh the list when the picture is loaded, if possible (not necessary if previous point addressed)

pictures are available offline, all pictures are displayed properly
