Downloaded talk is ignored #2

The downloaded file for a radio talk should be filtered and the Uri of the radio talk should be stored to be played later on.

There is a priori no Media associated with a RSSItem once it is persisted.

Dealt with without listening to the download event. Just press the menu item.
