If Wifi not activated, podcast download will be queued forever #5

When setting "download on Wifi" is deactivated, downloading a podcast is queued in the DownloadManager but apparently will never start. Find a way to either not queue it or figure how the DownloadManager can cancel it.

actually it is when both Wifi and mobile networks are deactivated. Solved, a Toast is shown when that happens.
