Why is it so slow at startup? #6

When starting the app, we need to wait 2-3s before the list of feeds is displayed.

Issue identified: way too many items are apparently loaded from the DB for each feed, it goes up to 1000 per feed. Therefore first solution is to set a limit on how many are loaded, based on preferences.

the preference of maximum number of items displayed is applied to every feed, it seems enough for now to reduce the loading time.
