Set progress bar color for client android app and connect android app. #587

Add ProgressBarColor to the AppColors. Fix analytics custom event name and parameters. Add network_security_config.xml and locales_config.xml to the client android app like connect app. New SPA (change analytics custom event for alert dialog).
