In the private ip allows me the connection, in the public ipv4 not but in theory in the ipv6 the connection is open. image

I have access to the public ip from outside the network.

I just noticed that I updated the public ip but the console is trying to connect with the previous ip. i rebooted the server and that but nothing. now I try the reinstallation.

as far as I can see the ping does not go there but both from the virtual machine with nat network and from the mobile with data if they can ping. In fact now even worse because I can't connect from the lan.

Sorry, would you explain the situation little more from the start. Can you give me your projectId?

Well, it basically does not connect. In the log it looks like it pings my public ip and stays in a timeout and the same with other ip. According to VpnHoodConsole I get that my public ip ipv4 is not listening but I have the ports open. In the ipv6 if it comes out that it is listening but when I try to connect it uses the ipv4 and not the 6.

I can connect to you server via both PublicInToken IPv4 and IPv4

  1. Make sure you get the token again after you change configuration
  2. Make sure you are not trying to connect from your own local network to server, Local networks can not connect to itself by the external Network Public IP.
