Windows 的调用方法基本上是错误的，vbs 脚本根本没必要。 #39

RT. 在 OpenVPN 里面调用 bat 脚本失败是因为 PATH 
路径的配置问题。
在 bat 脚本头部加入一行：

set PATH=%PATH%;C:\Windows;C:\Windows\System32

然后 ovpn 配置文件如下：

up vpnup.bat
down vpndown.bat

那个vbs脚本的作用是避免弹出cmd窗口.
