A bot to scrape an ad site like olx and look for appartments being put up for rent in a specific area and price range. Then notify the user about new ads via IM skype, slack, etc.

Would also be interesting to do an analysis of prices and comfort levels based on location. Something like a heatmap of how expensive, safe, etc a property is.
