Would like an option to turn off banner when running Gallio.Echo #517

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running Gallio.Echo.exe with any paramaters including /v:Quiet /ne
2. Note that the banner message appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Certain environments like a more quieter running of the application and 
the tests, as much as can be turned off would be 
appreciated.  /v:Quiet /ne do not stop enough messages for specific 
automation environments.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.6 build 787 running on Windows XP sp2

Please provide any additional information below.

Add /no-logo, /nl argument.
