Add ability to run tests in medium trust #552

It would be cool and very useful if MbUnit had ability to run tests in
medium trust.

The best option would be to have that as a commandline switch (for echo).

There are many different flavours of medium trust. How would you feel about an 
attribute that narrowed 
the CAS permissions for the test?

In fact you might be able to get some of this behavior by decorating the test 
with CAS attributes.  It might 
break some of the MbUnit internals though.
