Strange Icarus behaviour when loading several identical (but idividually compiled) assembly with different names

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in my case compile your test assembly with both vs2008 vs2010 
2. load both assemblies into a Icarus project
3. Since the assemblies have different names, 2 nodes appear below 'root'
but the last one is empy, and all nodes in the first one is duplicated.

And also selecting only the last empty node, and pressing run, runs the
tests and updates the tree below the first node

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like two identical trees under their respective parent

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.320
