Add solutoin file based testing capability #602

tests can be run against individual assemblies or against gallio projects.
I'd like the capability to point gallio to a visual studio solution (or
maybe even a directory?) and have it execute any tests found. It would also
be nice to have an option whereby gallio would honor a .vsmdi file.

I agree this would be helpful.  No promises just now but maybe we'll do this in 
the
future.
