restore previous session default should be unchecked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install gallio
2.be ignorant of the 'restore previous session' checkbox
3.wonder why no matter what project you 'open' you keep looking at the
first project you opened.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I definitely expect to open a project, and have it open. Also I expect that
when I specify a project to run on a build server, the specified project
gets run, not the first project that ever ran on the server after gallio
was first installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
