Error code 2350 received when installing Gallio 3.1 build 397 x86 #618

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Gallio 3.1 build 397 x86 exe file
2. Try installing this on Windows XP Sp3
3. Get an error saying "Cannot write to file:
Gallio.VisualStudio.Tip100.Proxy.dll. Error code is 2350

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected all the tools to be installed. Instead, I get an error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gallio 3.1 build 397 x86 exe on Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

Wow, that's kind of random.
Do you have administrative access to this box?

If you're really stuck, just don't install the Visual Studio add-in component.

Yes, I do have admin access. 

I tried bypassing the VS add-in install, but I don't think I was successful 
with that
either. After that, I haven't looked at it again. Will probably give it another 
shot
and see what happens.

Please run the MSI installer with the /log argument and send me the resulting 
log.

GallioBundle-x.x.x.x.msi /log LogFile.txt
