Broken link on feedback in "Offline Documentation" #627

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Win Vista with Microsoft Outlook Enterprise 2007 SP2 go to:
   START
     ->Gallio
         ->"Offline Documentation"
2. Click "Send feedback"
3. The new email with pre-typed message body pops up.
4. The "TO" field is not populated
