Icarus 3.1.397 - "Split namespaces" configuration will sometimes not execute any tests #655

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "split namespaces" in the options
2. Select an entire namespace (click the checkbox of a high level node in
the icarus tree
3. Run it

What is the expected output? 
The tests should run!

What do you see instead?
Immediately (after 3 seconds):
1017 tests, 0 run, 0 passed, 0 failed, 0 inconclusive, 0 skipped

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Icarus 3.1.397 MBUnit 2.4.2.175 Vista SP2

Workaround: Select the namespace, then un-select one of the tests in it's 
sub-tree.
That would turn the namespace to be partially selected (a square instead of a 
v-mark
in its checkbox), and the tests would run :0
