[suggestion] in settings the "Extras" options could only turn visible when checkbox "Extras" is enable #16

phpcmmd has many settings and it may seams a little confusing at first, so you could do a little cleaning by hiding "Extras" options when Extras's checkbox isn't enable.

(don't know if that's possible thought)
