Migrate to CircleCI 2.0 #48

CircleCI 1.0 will be shutdown soon, we have to migrate to CircleCI 2.0.

A good point is that we are now able to use a custom Docker image instead of the old outdated ones provided by CircleCI. This simplify the CI process.
