ExtPlane-transformer not built for Linux on CI #51

Condor data source uses QNetworkDatagram which was introduced in Qt 5.8 CI runs in xenial container, which is the newest that MXE supports. xenial has Qt 5.6.

Issue made for MXE to support newer distros https://github.com/mxe/mxe/issues/2313
