Indian Industry Association This seems like a very promising outfit, their main vision it to assist MSME in UP and other states as well. Their main document is here: http://www.iiaonline.in/doc_files/IIA_Operational_Handbook.pdf My impression: there seems to be positive signals in the OH that they are serious about their mission.
My interest: It would be nice to meet with someone there in Lucknow, first to chat qualitatively to understand the main problem that is being focussed, and some data regarding the firms.
