Categorize or Mark Active Projects within Project tab #147

VCC knows when a project is open in the background, so a nice QOL feature that categorizes or marks open projects from the Projects page, possibly boosting them to the top of the list, or in a separate category to the right would be pleasing.

Let's add a favorites button, like in Unity Hub.

This has been a thing since VCC 2.2.0 for the most part, I'm going to close this Recently open projects are hoisted to the top, and there is favorites functionality
