If mutable versions of the same package is added as a user package, only 1 version will show in the list. The version listed is not the newest, just the last one added.
To Reproduce
Add 2 of the same user package but different versions.
Expected behavior
All versions of user packages should show in the drop down list.

This was working but seems to have been broken at some point.
This was quite a nice feature for testing compatibility with different version of scripts.
