[BUG] Creator Companion Updates to default directory

Describe the bug

When updating the Creator Companion, the updater installs the new version in the AppData folder even if AppData is not the current install location.

To Reproduce

1. Install previous version of Creator Companion in a different location than the default location (AppData\Local\Programs).
2. Launch Creator Companion GUI.
3. Select the blue update button on the Creator Companion.
4. The Creator Companion will run update and install a new version in AppData without prompt.

Expected behavior

The expected behavior is the Creator Companion will place the updated files in the current install directory during an update.

Additional context

• My set up has the Creator Companion installed at the directory "E:\VRChat\VRChat Creator Companion". The E drive is an external USB Drive.
• I Tested the issue with the Creator Companion in Documents on the C drive with the same result.
• This issue was present on my previous PC running Windows 10 as well as the current one running Windows 11.
• The issue was present as early as the update from Version 1.x.x to 2.0.0
