[BUG] Unable to Create Project, Failed or Unable to Resolve Packages. #329

Describe the bug

VCC doesn't create new projects with the required stock template for avatars. Fails on project creation everytime, unable to resolve packages. This is just a normal fresh install.

To Reproduce

Install program normally, change install directory to a different folder outside of system folders. Setup Unity in VCC and create a fresh new project file in a different project directory. Select avatar template. Hit create. Project creation fails every time.

Expected behavior

Create a new project successfully with VRChat avatar packages and template.

Was due to my own network problems at the time. Resolved now.
