[BUG] We cannot create new Project since VRCSDK 3.5.x is not released yet #385

Describe the bug

We cannot create new Project since VRCSDK 3.5.x is not released yet.

Please DO NEVER release VCC which requires unreleased versions of VRCSDK.

To Reproduce

  1. Click Create New Project on the VCC
  2. Select Worlds or Avatars and choose good place for project
  3. Errors

Expected behavior

We can create Projects with VRCSDK 3.4.x and Unity 2019.

Additional context

VCC breaks our projects many time. Please be a stable software that I can recommend to other users without hesitation.

I think it's much better to release open beta of VCC and find bugs of VCC before releasing to everyone.
